Nance Industries was founded in 1955 by Dave Nance as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in 1974. Later Mr. Nance made a change of the company name to Nance International, due to expansion into the global market, solidifying itself as a leader in the marine and offshore air conditioning and refrigeration industries.

Specializing in air conditioning and refrigeration systems, Nance International is a complete source for service, parts and equipment, custom manufacturing and rentals. MARINE & OFFSHORE

Between 1968 and 1986, Nance International put 45 modern sophisticated air conditioning units into operation on new offshore oil rigs for the Southeast Drilling Company (SEDCO). The rigs were built in 8 countries and operated in all the world's oceans and seas.

Many of the rigs were the world's first, while others have set several world records. These air conditioning units were modern and built well for the time period. They have performed excellent in severe sea conditions across the globe and most still operate effectively and efficiently today.

The same is true for all of our customers over the years that we have built equipment for and continue to build for their rigs or vessels.

On the land base, our expertise comes from understanding the needs of the Industrial, Commercial, Land Rig Drilling companies and Petrochemical industries when it comes to (HVACR), air conditioning and refrigeration.
