Our team is equipped to custom design, build and install machinery, control panels or ducts that fit any specific needs. We can design and build HVAC units for elevated, outdoor ambient conditions, pressurization units and hazardous-duty units (NEC 500/505 Class 1, Division 1 & 2 units).

Nance’s highly-skilled and seasoned Fabrication Department works close with our Design and Project Management teams to produce custom HVACR systems for Commercial, Industrial, Maritime, Land/Offshore Drilling and Production applications. The systems we implement are built to satisfy customer specifications, adhering to the most stringent standards for hazardous/non-hazardous conditions. They can be either air-cooled or water-cooled with fresh or salt water.

More than 500 years of combined team experience goes into providing custom systems, which are built to code requirements (such as NEC, UL, CSA, ETL, ATEX) and undergo a complete factory acceptance test (FAT). No project is too large, too small or too complex.
